Among the issues discussed: how the legislative process affects fisheries issues; the pros and cons of recreational saltwater fishing licenses in North Carolina and three other SE U.S. states; habitat protection; marine reserves and fish stock issues; catch-and-release programs; beach-buggying; dinoflagellate-caused fish kills; and coastal circulation patterns.
