Description:An ichthyoplankton survey was conducted during February and March, 1978 to define the time at which walleye pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) begin to spawn in the eastern Bering Sea. Between 11 February - 16 March 1978 plankton was collected at 32 stations between latitude 54o - 60o N and longitude 164o -177o W with neuston and bongo nets.
