Description:From Saturday, January 7, 1995, through Sunday January 15, 1995, a series of Pacific storms brought unusually heavy rains to Northern California. These same storm systems produced heavy rains in Southern California through the early morning hours of Wednesday, January 11, 1995. The heavy rains and runoff resulted in extensive, severe flooding to homes, businesses, agricultural land and roadways throughout the state of California.
