  This survey report on the tornadoes which struck south-central Kansas on April 26, 1991, was prepared by a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Disaster Survey Team following a 4-day visit to the storm site. The report is based upon information gathered by the team through a series of visits to National Weather Service offices and during interviews with members of other agencies; public utilities; organizations; state, county, and municipal governments; the broadcast and print media; and eyewitnesses.
