Description:"The Groundfish Assessment Review Meeting (GARM) conducted during November 2007 - August 2008 was a regional scientific peer review process to provide benchmark assessments for the 19 groundfish stocks managed under the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan. The first two GARM reviews took place in October 2002 (GARM I) and August 2005 (GARM II), respectively. The GARM III was the most comprehensive review to date, and provided peer reviewed assessments on the following Northeast Groundfish stocks managed by the New England Fishery Management Council: (A.)
