Description:During the evening hours of May 5, 1995, a devastating hail storm and flash flood struck the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The National Weather Service's Southern Region Headquarters (SRH) appointed a Disaster Survey Team (DST) to review the operations and effectiveness of products and services of NWSFO Fort Worth before and during the event.
