(ERG) designed an online survey (ICR Reference Number 201504-0648-015, 8/26/16) to gather feedback from organizations that use hazardous weather warning information to discern the degree to which types of WWA products or the actual terms “watch,” “warning,” and “advisory” are embedded or “institutionalized” in their decision- making, laws, policies, operating procedures, bylaws, or other activities or processes.
