This report documents the elevated water levels, high winds and reduced barometric pressures recorded at stations in the Caribbean from Barbuda to Puerto Rico in addition to stations along the Gulf and East Coasts of the U.S. from the Florida panhandle to North Carolina during Hurricane Irma, which occurred August 30 - September 11, 2017"--Overview.
