"During the first seven months of 1994, the Southeast was struck by a severe ice storm in February, followed by severe flooding in July. The ice storm resulted in over $3 billion in damage, while the flooding, caused by the remnants of Tropical Storm Alberto, resulted in up to $1 billion in damage. This report provides details and climatic data from these two events"--Introduction.
