The goals of the CHISI Phase III SBIR were to evaluate the CHISI breadboard for feasibility (achievable performance), further develop and validate the analysis models (NESR, Radiometric Uncertainty), and improve technical maturity and fidelity (2D Focal Plane Array, blackbody paddle testing).
