Description:The Joint Venture Partnership is evaluating observing system capabilities for its nextgeneration weather-observing system of systems under its Joint-Venture Partnership. This 3D-Winds Observation Methods Comparison Study was conducted as part of this Program, in response to BAA-NOAA-3DWinds-2022. This study was for the exploration of possibilities for a future state and not a mission itself. Figure 1 presents a Quad-Chart that summarizes the objectives, benefits to NOAA NESDIS, and Milestones for this study.
