Description:

This is the second and revised edition of the Guide to NOAA R&D. The first edition was distributed in November 1984. It contains information provided to the Center for Utilization of Federal Technology (CUFT) for inclusion in the Directory to Federal R&D Resources (the preparation of the Directory was in response to the Congressional mandate of P.L. 96-480 that the CUFT disseminate information on Federal R&D to state and local government and the private sector).
