Description:This report presents in detail the development of a mathematical model which describes the essential mechanicaldynamic characteristics of a moored buoy system. The mathematical model consists of a system of equations and relationships which will allow for the calculation of the spatial configuration, dynamic motion and internal tensions of a specified moored buoy system in a given excitation environment.
