The present report describes the various buoy hull forms considered; the model test program carried out; the theoretical analysis of buoy motions; and comparisons between theory and experiment. A description and detailing of these various items is provided in the report, together with the assumptions underlying the work as well as the conclusions obtained from the investigations.
