Description:The stations and gaps in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Water Level Observation Network (NWLON) are prioritized and ranked based on factors relating to tidal datums, marine navigation, and sea-level monitoring. The NWLON is a national observing network of over 210 real-time water level observing platforms throughout the oceanic and Great Lake coasts of the United States.
