Description:

This is the second edition of the National Plan for Tropical Cyclone Research. It addresses many of the issues raised in Congressional hearings, and provides a review of the research requirements of the government agencies concerned with tropical cyclone analyses and warnings. The plan also summarizes current relevant research at government and university laboratories and presents an assessment of additional work required.
