Description:This Federal Plan for Meteorological Rocket Observations was prepared by the Interdepartmental Committee for Applied Meteorological Research. Its purpose is to determine how the requirements of agencies for meteorological rocket data in the region from about 30 km (100,000 ft) to about 100 km (330,000 ft) can be met most effectively and economically.
