Description:This report is a synthesis of the biological data sets pertinent to the goal ofimproving the number of juvenile Pacific salmon (Oncorhynchus spp.) guided into the Bonneville Dam Second Powerhouse juvenile fish bypass system. These data sets were developed from evaluations conducted between 1983 and 1998, using a variety of direct capture, hydroacoustic, and radio telemetry methods. Limited hydraulic model data collected at the U.S. Army Corps ofEngineers (COE) Waterways Experiment Station (WES) in Vicksburg, MS and field velocity measurements are also reviewed.
