Description:

"The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to Honolulu Seawater Air Conditioning, LLC (HSWAC) for the incidental taking of small numbers of marine mammals. The IHA would be valid for one year from the date of issuance and would authorize the take, by Level B harassment, of marine mammals incidental to pile driving associated with a seawater air conditioning project offshore Honolulu, HI"--Abstract.
