Description:"The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) proposes to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the Exploratorium for the incidental taking of small numbers of marine mammals in the wild, pursuant to the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972, as amended (MMPA; 16 U.S.C. 1361 et seq.). The IHA would be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and would authorize the take, by Level B harassment, of marine mammals incidental to pile driving associated with the Exploratorium Relocation Project in San Francisco, California"--Abstract (p.
