This project gathered information on the infrastructure (services, businesses and physical facilites) serving the marine recreational fishing industry (MRF) in Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands (PR/USVI). The information was gathered through field observations, on-site assessments, structured interviews with owners and managers, unstructured interviews with government officials as well as with users of facilities and fishery resources, and members of organized groups.
