This strategic plan will guide the Maine Sea Grant College Program from February 2006 to January 2010 as it follows their mission to play a leadership role in ocean and coastal research and education, and to promote sustainable development, ecosystem-based management, and stewardship of ocean and coastal resources. The plan will be revised along the way as new issues, opportunities, and challenges are faced; the effectiveness of their programming is evaluated; and ongoing feedback from stakeholders is received.
