Description:This new report provides an updated overview of regional stranding response in the ensuing five years, and contains summaries provided by Prescott Grant recipients highlighting their many accomplishments using Prescott funding. Using funds appropriated in FY2011-2015, the Program awarded more than $13.5 million in funding through 160 competitive grants to Stranding Network members and collaborators in 24 states. Additionally, from 2011 to 2015 the Program awarded $999,122 in emergency funds to assist the Network in 15 emergency events that required extra support.
