Description:This Bulletin is intended to provide information concerning plans and schedules for the implementation of BOMEX and to continue the useful exchange between the BOMEX Project Office and interested members of the scientific community throughout the world and between the agencies or groups supporting such scientists. This issue of the Bulletin is concerned primarily with ship schedules and with schedules of observations which will be taken from the ship and buoy platforms. The overall management framework within which BOMEX will be conducted is briefly described, and an overall BOMEX milestone schedule is included. The Appendices include detailed information on a variety of subjects which are of importance on preparation for the conduct of the experiment in the field.
