Description:"The purpose of this study phase [first part of the report] was to develop estimates of traffic to be generated by the Marina and other uses in the area, determine access corridor capacity requirements, and identify potential conflicts with other vehicular and rail traffic in the area ... The purpose of this study phase [second part of the report] was to identify existing conditions and potential future conditions in the study area which might affect Marina access ... The purpose of this study section [third part of the report] is to identify and evaluate alternative access corridors, to make recommendations regarding actions related to the recommended access alternative."--Page 4, 20, 33.
