  "The Northeast Fishery Sector II or NEFS-II (formerly the Gloucester Trawl/Western Gulf of Maine Sector) requests approval from the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) of their Sector Operations Plan and for an annual catch entitlement (ACE) of 14 stocks of fish managed under the Northeast Multispecies FMP for the 2010 fishing year. If approved, the fishing year (FY) 2010 would be the first year that this NEFS-II would operate"--Page 1.
