"The Tri-State Sector, also known as the New England Select Sector, has prepared their Operations Plan and requests an allocation of an Annual Catch Entitlement (ACE) of 14 stocks of fish managed under the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the 2010 fishing year. If approved, the fishing year (FY) 2010 would be the first year that this Sector would operate"--Page 1.
