Description:Personnel from the Coral Reef Ecosystem Division, Pacific Island Fisheries Science Center, National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), NOAA, conducted reef assessment/monitoring and mapping studies in waters of the Territory of the American Samoa. Researchers conducted towed-diver habitat and fish surveys, fish and benthic REA surveys, shallow water and deepwater CTDs, TOAD drop camera surveys, ADCP transects, and bioacoustic transects.
