This document will be submitted for formal review and endorsement to the participating agencies and their parent Departments. The document will also be provided for review to various interagency groups, such as the Committee on Earth and Environmental Sciences (CEES), especially the Subcommittee on Global Change Research, and the Interagency Working Group on Data Management for Global Change (IWGDMGC).
