Description:"The following is a list of the high speed solar wind proton streams observed int he interplanetary medium by the Ames Research Center solar wind spectrometer on the Pioneer 6, 7, 8 and 9 spacecraft. This is followed by a similar list based on the observations from the Vela 3, 4, 5A and 5B satellites. The Pioneer list specifies all high speed steams that occurred between December 16, 1965 and June 30, 1971 for which there are data There were many time intervals during which there was no ground tracking of the spacecraft" - - taken from page 1.
