  Movements of 97 floatable, plastic drift sheets (1.83 x 1.83 x 0.0032 m) were observed in the Inner Strait of Juan de Fuca, Washington during 22-26 August 1978. The study area contains two major sills, numerous shallow banks, and passages to the Pacific Ocean, Strait of Georgia, and Puget Sound.
