Facilities for the meeting were provided by the Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Studies (CTIMAS), on the campus of the University of Miami's Rosenstie1 School of Mar ine and Atmospher ic Science. Participants, repre- senting J\MFS Headquarters, Northwest Fisheries Center, National Marine Mannnal Laboratory (NMML), Northeast Regional Office (NERO), Northeast Fisheries Center (NEFC), Southeast Regional Office (SERO), and Southeast Fisheries Center (SEFC), are listed in Appendix 1"--Introduction, paragraph 1.
