  "From March 25 - 28, 2013 a small group of Pacific Island Marine Protected Area Community (PIMPAC) core support team members met to achieve the following objectives: 1. Increase understanding and buy in for partner coordination that involves area based management activities; 2. Develop the PIMPAC 2013 - 2016 Strategic Plan including objectives and actions for the following a) Training and Technical Support , b) Learning Exchanges, c) Partnership Building, d) Communications & Coordination, e) Coordination and Funding; 3. Develop next steps for finalizing the PIMPAC strategic plan including agreement on mechanism for gathering stakeholder input and making revisions"--Executive summary.
