Description:"The purpose of the study is to estimate the changes in nonpoint source pollutants loading into Pago Pago Harbor caused by land development in the tributary areas ... The study applies the STORM computer model to the Pago Pago Harbor drainage basin to estimate present and future nonpoint source pollutant loadings to the Harbor and to thus provide a portion of the data for informed future decisions on land use."
