Description:Objectives: 1 ). Design and implement the proposed Electronic Fish Harvest Reporting System (EPHRS) pilot project which should be a more efficient system for tracking the harvest of individual species quotas. 2). Issue annual commercial fishing licenses and quota permits for Lakes Michigan and Superior. The concept of Fleet Reporting will be part of the pilot project process. 3). Prepare annual commercial harvest and effort statistical reports for Lake Michigan using available and custom formats. 4). Design custom statistical reports requested by fisheries managers, conservation wardens and others. 5). Fulfill liaison responsibilities to the Lake Michigan Commercial Fishing Board (LMCFB).
