The Cooperative Institute for Marine Ecosystem and Resources Studies (CIMERS) is a partnership between Oregon State University (OSU) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). A Science Review Panel (SRP) of five (5) independent experts was convened by NOAA on May 5-7, 2025, in a virtual, multi-day meeting to evaluate CIMERS.
