Description:

The two primary goals of the project 1) "Produce Value-added Lobster Products From Waste Materials" and 2) "Create New Jobs in Washington County, Maine" were only partially achieved. The project experienced many set-backs during the project time-frame, including major building damage from fire and subsequent financial problems created by high inventories and slow sales of regular processed lobster products.
