The principal purpose of the project is to provide fishery statistics and analyses, law enforcement, and public outreach to support development and implementation of interjurisdictional Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) fishery management plans. The project includes four jobs: Marine Fishery Statistics, Marine Fishery Management Outreach, Marine Conservation Law Enforcement, and Marine Fishery Management Plan Development. This report summarizes the three years of work accomplished by this project (April 1, 1995 - March 31, 1998).
