Description:The objective of this project is to implement and monitor Maryland's limited entry system for fishing guides and commercial watermen who intend to harvest striped bass. This process includes monitoring the check station harvest reports, maintaining current eligibility and waiting lists, and conducting studies to address allocation issues.
