Description:Between November 20, 1984 and November 25, 1984, the MOS temperature guidance for Ohio showed a remarkable warm bias. The average bias for the 101 AFOS Era Forecast Verification (AEFV) forecasts issued for Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati was +5.3 degrees Fahrenheit.
