Description:A slow moving cold front combined with moisture from a tropical depression to give some areas of northcentral Pennsylvania between 4 and 7.5 inches of rain in a 26-hour period from 28/1800Z to 29/1900Z. The area of heaviest rain extended from eastern Centre County to northeastern Sullivan County, with the most rain occurring in Sullivan County.
