Description:The Horizontal Network Branch relies on two major tasks to process projects that contain a majority of GPS vectors. The first task is the adjustment of one or more projects and the incorporation of new points into the national network. The second task is more important at this time. It includes the complete readjustment of all points in a state, such that the entire network (for that state) is adjusted to the "Order B" network. The "Order B" network represents a GPS project performed with the specific objective of upgrading the state network to GPS quality.
