Description:During the period from Feb. 1, 1963, through Jan. 31, 1965, an experiment in subjective probability precipitation forecasting was conducted at WBAS, Philadelphia. Probabilities were assigned four times daily by the duty ·forecaster for each 12-hr. interval of the valid forecast periods.
