  The South Carolina Coastal Council and the South Carolina Sea Grant Consortium cooperated with the National Ocean Service/NOAA to convene a workshop to assess NOAA's performance in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo and to formulate specific recommendations for establishing new strategies to coordinate and carry out a plan for future NOS action. This is a summary report of that workshop held in Charleston, S.C. in April 1991.
