Description:Strategic plan to communicate NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resources Management (OCRM) priorities and to guide OCRM activities for 2007-2012. Outlines OCRM's vision, mission, goals, objectives and strategies, and covers program mandates contained in the Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA), the Marine Protected Areas Executive Order, the Coral Reef Conservation Act, and the specific objectives of each OCRM program.
