Description:"In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Restoration Center (RC) has prepared a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), for NOAA's adoption the USACOE's EA for the "Colorado Lagoon Estuary Project." This proposed project is funded through the NOAA Restoration Center's partnership with the State of California Coastal Conservancy.
