  Comparisons of global real-time surface marine data for December 1986 and June 1988 are presented. Three datasets are compared: one obtained from the National Meteorological Center (NOAA/NMC), one from the U.S. Navy Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center (FNOC), and a third from U.S. Air Force Global Weather Central (GWC).
