Description:In May 1982, the Federal Geodetic Control Committee (FGCC) conducted a test and demonstration with the Motorola Mini-Ranger Doppler Satellite Survey System. Three Mini-Rangers were deployed at separate sites of a three-station FGCC test network located in the Washington, D.C. area. The basic objecfives of the test were to evaluate the operation of the hardware and field processing capabilities of the Mini-Ranger micro-piocessor.
