Description:Mesurado Fishing Company is the only modern fish and shrimp producing company in Liberia. In spite of growing fishery imports, Liberia has now become a major fish exporter due to a newly developed shrimp industry. A total of 37 shrimp vessels now operate out of Mesurado's base at Monrovia. New processing equipment, freezing capacity, dock space, and a drydock have helped increase overall efficiency.
