Description:This Plan provides a benchmark of stated goals and targets in order to track coral restoration progress at prioritized sites on St. Croix and St. Thomas. Through a coordinated and cooperative process, VI-RoCS chose six priority sites including two on St. Thomas and four on St. Croix.
